PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a LED array which enables reduction of variations in the shape of openings of an insulation film. SOLUTION: Openings 15 of a resist pattern 16 for forming a light-emitting section are formed into a shape having no angular parts, a round corner, or at least two obtuse angles which provides the liquidity to an etchant to be used in wet etching. Consequently, the openings of the insulation film formed by the wet etching can be formed into a shape having no angular part, a round corner, or at least two obtuse angles. |
