SOLUTION: The drive of the compressor 6 is controlled to circulate the refrigerant so that the cycle efficiency of a refrigerating cycle C is maximized. A mix damper 4 blocks an airflow into a heater core 5. When a blast temperature falls within a set temperature, the drive of the compressor 6 is suppressed to reduce a cooking capacity of a cabin-side heat exchanger 3, so that the blast temperature is maintained at the set temperature. The travel of the mix door is next changed to increase an airflow rate into the heater core 5.
