PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a biodegradable spherical composite-powder having, inside or on the surface, a filler capable of improving mechanical, electric or thermal properties. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin composition is substantially composed of a biodegradable thermoplastic resin and a filler determined in accordance with needs. This resin composition and a dispersing medium having no compatibility with it are heated and mixed at a temperature of the melting point or above of this composition to be dispersed in the state of fine particles. The obtained particles are cooled to a temperature of its melting point or below to obtain nearly spherical microspheres having an average particle diameter of 0.01-1,000μm.
