PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preferred scene acquisition control broadcast system that acquires a preferred scene only through generation/transmission reception of information with respect to a preferred scene without the need for evaluation and arithmetic operation of video and audio and to provide a transmitter, a receiver and a recorder. SOLUTION: A transmitter side is provided with a scene information generator, a scene information creation device and scene information attachment multiplexer to generate time base data and contents data with respect to a preferred scene, a broadcast transmitter multiplexes the information with major video and audio, transmits the multiplexed data, and a receiver side is provided with a scene information acquisition section and a scene information control processing section to select and acquire the preferred scene based on the information.
