PURPOSE: A three-wheel device using the power of a vehicle is provided to drive a pump and to inject water by utilizing the power of the vehicle to wash wheels. CONSTITUTION: A three-wheel device using the power of a vehicle comprises a frame structure, a main injection pipe(3), support rollers(4a¯4d), plural interlocking chain gears(42a¯42d), a power transmission chain gear, a speed increaser(5), and a pump(6). The frame structure comprises plural vertical frames installed right and left in a state of being installed in a gateway for vehicles; horizontal frames(12) installed in a square shape in a state of being welded to the upper end of each vertical frame; and plural upper support frames welded to the upper end parts of the vertical frames to support the horizontal frames. The main injection pipe is fixed in a square shape in a state of being welded on the horizontal frames. The ends of the support rollers are supported to plural pairs of bearing housings(41a¯41d) oppositely fixed to the upper support frames of the right and left sides, in a freely rotatable state. The interlocking chain gears rotate in the same direction by chains in a state of being installed to one end of each support roller. The power transmission chain gear is installed to the other end of one of the support rollers. In the speed increaser, a slave chain gear(54) receiving power from the power transmission chain gear is installed to an input shaft(51) and a driving pulley(55) is installed to an output shaft(52). In the pump, a shaft, to which an interlocking pulley(61) receiving power from the driving pulley of the speed increaser is installed, is protruded and a suction pipe(64) for sucking water from an inner water tank is connected to a suction port and a discharge pipe(66) for discharging water to the main injection pipe is connected to a discharge port.
