PURPOSE: A groove machining jig of a pipe making device for an air conditioner is provided to easily install and replace four electrode plates and accordingly to improve working efficiency by inserting and bolt-combining the electrode plates in a jig body. CONSTITUTION: A heat-insulation material(131) is supplied continuously from one supply reel and another recovery reel. A tube insertion unit and a taping unit are arranged between the supply and recovery reels. A jig body(1) is formed like a ring of an insulator to pass longitudinally the heat insulation material between the supply and recovery reels. First, second, third, and fourth electrode plates(2,3,4,5) having heating units(21) shaped like a ring of the diameter corresponding to high and low pressure insertion grooves(132,133), a wire insertion groove(134), and a communicating cable insertion groove(135) of the heat insulation material are arranged in the jig body. The heating units are positioned in the jig body.
