PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agricultural product bark scraper which can surely and beautifully separate the unnecessary and non-eatable barks and attached matters of agricultural products. SOLUTION: This agricultural product bark scraper 1 is formed to move the bark-scraping unit of the bark scraper along the outer peripheral surface of the stem portion Ab of a Welch onion A in the longitudinal direction, approximately uniformly spraying water discharged from the fluid-discharging portions 37, 37 of the bark-scraping unit 28 along the outer peripheral surface of the stem portion Ab ranged from the leaf portion of the Welch onion A to the root portion Aa, thus subjecting the unnecessary and non-eatable barks Ae and attached matters B covering the Welch onion A to a softening treatment and a humidifying treatment for converting the barks Ae and the attached matters B into soft states capable of being separated by the discharging force of air G discharging from the fluid-discharging portion 37, 37, and scraping off the barks Ae and the attached matters B of the Welch onion A by the discharging force of air G discharging from the fluid-discharging portions 37, 37.
