<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring board wherein mounted electronic components does not operate abnormally and high-function and compact electric apparatuses are surely charged by an external electric apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The wiring board is provided with: an insulating substrate 1 comprising a plurality of stacked insulating layers 2, and wherein electronic components are mounted to its upper surface; a ferromagnetic substance layer 3 formed among the insulating layers 2; a wiring conductor 4 which is formed on an upper layer side than the ferromagnetic substance layer 3 of the insulating substrate 1, and to which the electronic components are electrically connected; and a spiral coil wiring 5 which is formed on the lower layer side than the ferromagnetic substance layer 3 of the insulating substrate 1.
