PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working device for a transparent conductive membrane (a working device for a light transmissible member) capable of reducing impairment of a transparent substrate 100 resulting from laser breakage of foreign matter entered between the transparent substrate 100 of the light transmissive member and a glass mount of an X-Y table being a placing mount. SOLUTION: A plurality of spacer members 4h are projectingly provided on a glass mount 4d of an X-Y table, and a transparent substrate 100 is placed on the X-Y table through these spacer members 4f.
