PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy sheet for a bottle-shaped can, which is not deformed when heated after a painting step, provides the bottle-shaped can with high circularity by securing the strength of the can after the heat treatment, and is superior in high-temperature properties. SOLUTION: This aluminum alloy sheet has a composition comprising 0.7-1.5% Mn, 0.8-1.7% Mg, 0.1-0.7% Fe, 0.05-0.5% Si, 0.1-0.6% Cu, and the balance Al with unavoidable impurities; has a crystal grain structure in which crystal grains in a central part in a sheet thickness direction are extended in a rolling direction so as to have an average aspect ratio of 3 or more when observed from the top face; has tensile strengths in directions of 0°, 45°and 90°toward the rolling direction, among which the difference between the maximum value and the minimum values is 25 MPa or less; and n-values according to a tension test in directions of 0°, 45°and 90°toward the rolling direction, among which the difference between the maximum value and the minimum value is 0.03 or less.
