PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly excellent ultraviolet-curable hot-melt composition capable of eliminating both the problems of heat resistance and of adhesion in laminating at low temperatures having been regarded as disadvantages in conventional hot-melt compositions. SOLUTION: The ultraviolet-curable hot-melt composition essentially comprises (A) a styrene block copolymer, (B) a conjugated diene polymer having one or more (meth)acryloyl groups per molecule, (C) a photoinitiator and (D) a tackifier.
