A connection FPC(Flexible Printed Circuit Board), and an LCD including the same are provided to reduce detects caused by peeling of a line by forming an insulating layer. A line(43) is formed on a flexible film(41). An insulating layer is formed on the line, and has a plurality of insulating regions, and a non-insulating region placed between the insulating regions. The flexible film has a trapezoid shape. The non-insulating region is formed across an extension direction of the line. A portion of the insulating region is placed at an end portion of the flexible film. The non-insulating region is formed in pair.
