PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the error developed in a size and shape of a core and metallic mold for wax in a process for using a wax pattern having an inner core, such as the manufacture of a hollow component in a gas turbine engine. SOLUTION: The wax pattern for hollow component is provided with a first pattern half part 10 having a first self-location feature part 12, a second pattern half part 16 having a second self-location feature part 18 and a plurality of cores 14 disposed so as to contact with the first self location feature part 12 and the second self location feature part 18 and also, fitted to between the first pattern half part 10 and the second pattern half part 16. The arrangement and the positioning of the internal core become easy by using such wax pattern. Further, since the cores do not receive the load, such as injective pressure of the wax, the size and the shape of the hollow component developed as the result, are ensured.
