PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for inspecting a spray condition of an adhesive which can detect the degree of intermittent spraying of the adhesive from a nozzle to appropriately judge the spray condition of the adhesive. SOLUTION: The method of inspecting the spray condition of the adhesive G sprayed from the nozzle 12 includes: irradiating droplets of adhesive intermittently spraying from the nozzle with a laser light Lr to detect a laser light Rl reflected by the droplets, counting the repeat number N of increase and decrease of the laser light detected within a predetermined time period, and comparing the counted repeat number with a preset judgement number Nu for inspection.
