PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a failure due to heat generation by predicting a heat generation state of a tilted magnetic field coil of a magnetic resonance imaging equipment. SOLUTION: The magnetic resonance imaging equipment which is provided with the tilted magnetic field coil for forming a tilted magnetic field based on a current waveform for generating the tilted magnetic field corresponding to a protocol and which picks up an image of a patient calculates a number of calories expected to occur from the tilted magnetic field coil based on a plurality of input protocols. When the predicted amount of calories is larger than a threshold of an allowable amount of calories at the tilted magnetic field coil, the equipment can change the order of carrying out the plurality of protocols.
