PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical cast for use in orthopedic treatment for a bone fracture etc. , which can be easily mounted/dismounted, which is economical because it can be repeatedly used, which does not produce waste, which can improve an examination in an intermediate step and a feeling of pruritus, and which keeps the skin in a sanitary state. SOLUTION: A sheet comprises single-structure and double-structure parts consisting of a synthetic resin, and the double-structure part, which is provided with an air chamber, can be narrowed inward by supplying air from a check valve. A detachable brace is provided in the double structure part so as to fix the affected part. The medical cast is characterized as follows: the single-structure and double-structure parts are provided with vent holes so as to keep the skin in the sanitary state, respectively; and the medical cast can be easily wound around the affected part and mounted/dismounted.
