PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat pad which is composed so that air introduced in grooves in the seat pad is uniformly supplied to air holes communicating with a seat surface only through the grooves. SOLUTION: The seat pad 10 has a cushion pad consisting of a pad body 20 and a filler 30 fitted to a recess 24 of the pad body 20. The upper surface of the filler 30 is provided with grooves 31-34. A through-hole 35 communicates with the seat surface of the filler 30 through the grooves 31-34 and the air holes 27.
