PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable child-care apparatus equipped with a seat, which has a height-adjustable seat body, and an occupied space thereof during out of use is reduced. SOLUTION: The child-care apparatus equipped with a seat is provided with a seat body 10, a base member 20 which supports the seat body 10 height-adjustably, a front leg 21 which has an upper end connected with the base member 20 and a lower end having a front wheel 23 and a rear leg 22 which has an upper end connected with the base member 20 and a lower end having a rear wheel 24. At least one of the upper ends of the front leg 21 and the rear leg 22 is turnably connected with the base member 20, and the front wheel 23 and the rear wheel 24 mutually approach and stand independently, when folded.
