PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high performance optical printer head capable of forming a good image having a small distortion by accurately emitting a light of a light emitting element to a photosensitive body. SOLUTION: The optical printer head is so constituted that a light emitting element array chip 3 wherein many light emitting elements 4 and connection pads 5 are arranged on the top face is placed with an adhesive sheet 6 therebetween on a top face of a head substrate 1 having many circuit wiring patterns 2 to be electrically connected to the connection pads 5. The optical printer head is so constituted that the periphery of the adhesive sheet 6 is positioned at the inside of the periphery of the light emitting element array chip 3 and at the outside of a portion right below the connection pad 5. |
