PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely compensate light loss due to dispersion compensation without any degradation in noise index. SOLUTION: This device and system are equipped with a 1st optical amplification part 22a which amplifies a light signal, a dispersion compensation part 24 which gives 2nd dispersion so as to compensate the dispersion of the light signal amplified by the 1st optical amplification part 22a, and a 2nd optical amplification part 22b which amplifies the light signal outputted from the dispersion compensation part 24. |
