PURPOSE:To economically produce compacting stock of Ni-Zn ferrite excellent in sinterability. CONSTITUTION:An aq. soln. contg. chlorides of Fe, Ni and Zn or an aq. soln. contg. chlorides of Fe, Ni, Cu and Zn is atomized in an atmosphere heated at 400-1,000 deg.C to form an intermediate oxide contg. 0.5-10wt.% Cl and this oxide is heated at 400-700 deg.C in a gaseous oxygen-contg. atmosphere to pfoduce the objective oxide contg. <=0.05wt.% Cl. |
