PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dissolve technical difficulty and to reduce cost while maintaining characteristics at a considerably high level, by making a mix rate of a dielectric material to a magnetic body material in a second part higher than the mix rate of the dielectric material to the magnetic body material in a first part. SOLUTION: A capacitor is incorporated into an area I and a fifth layer 115 to an eighth layer 118 of a base, which correspond to the area I, are formed of material paste for capacitor, which can improve the characteristic of the capacitor and whose mix rate of a dielectric material is high. An inductor (spiral structure) is incorporated into an area II, and a second layer 112 to a fourth layer 114 and a ninth layer 119 to an eleventh layer 121 of the base, which correspond to the area II, are formed of material paste for inductor, which can improve the characteristic of the inductor and whose mix rate of the magnetic body material is high. |
