FLAKE POWDER USING INDUSTRIAL BY-PRODUCT

Flake powder using industrial byproducts is provided to improve the productivity and cost efficiency by simultaneous carrying out heat treatment, surface treatment and flake formation, and to obtain an electronic parts and building structures having electron wave-absorbing and noise-protecting properties. Flake powder using industrial byproducts comprises: 100 parts by weight of powder of byproducts generated from metal processing; 0.1-2 parts by weight of a lubricant aid; and at least one additive selected from (a) 5 parts by weight or less of a dispersant comprising a metal organic acid salt, (b) 5 parts by weight or less of an anti-corrosive agent, (c) 10 parts by weight or less of at least one modifier selected from nickel, cobalt, aluminum and ferrite, and (d) 5 parts by weight or less of electrical property controller selected from wax, thermoplastic carbonate resins and silane coupling agents. The flake powder has an apparent density of 0.5-1.0.
