A temperature controlling apparatus of an injection mold is provided to prevent overcooling and overheating of the mold, and to extend service life of the mold by holding optimal standard temperature suitable for injection molding. A temperature controlling apparatus of an injection mold comprises temperature sensors(31) for an operating part, temperature sensors(33) for a fixed part, solenoid valve units(35) for the operating part, solenoid valve units(37) for the fixed part and a controller(39). The temperature sensors for the operating part and the fixed part detect cooling water temperature of each section of an operating mold(1) and a fixed mold(3). The solenoid valve units for the operating part and the fixed part perform opening/closing operation so as to intercept cooling water supply selectively according to each section of the operating mold and the fixed mold. The controller generates a selective control signal for the solenoid valve units for the operating part and the fixed part.
