A work discharge device is provided to smoothly guide a work to a discharge pipe from a work receiving hole by jetting air from air jet nozzles. A work discharge device(9) is installed on an index table(1), which is installed on a base to intermittently rotate and has a work receiving hole(3) on an outer periphery to receive a work(16). The work discharge device includes a discharge pipe(15), a suction and blow-off pipe(17), a suction unit(17a) and a blow-off unit(17b), and air jet nozzles(19,20). The discharge pipe discharges the work inside the work receiving hole by being communicated with the work receiving hole. The suction and blow-off pipe is installed on the base to communicate with the work receiving hole. The suction unit and the blow-off unit are connected to the suction and blow-off pipe. The air jet nozzles are installed adjacent to the work receiving hole and jet air to guide the work discharged from the work receiving hole to the discharge pipe.
