A phosphor paste composition is provided to improve the nominal contrast of a plasma display panel, and to realize an screen image with high clearness in a plasma display panel. A phosphor paste composition comprises: phosphor powder for realizing a color; quantum dot powder having a different color depending on the particle size; and a binder for imparting adhesion to the powder. A red phosphor paste composition comprises quantum dot powder having the largest particle size. A blue phosphor paste composition comprises quantum dot powder having the smallest particle size. A green phosphor paste composition comprises quantum dot powder having a particle size between the particle size in the red phosphor paste and the particle size in the blue phosphor paste.
