A drug reservoir for an implantable drug infusion pump, an implantable drug infusion pump including the same and a manufacturing method for the same are provided to reduce the manufacturing cost by manufacturing the diaphragm by using a polymer material. A drug reservoir(70) for an implantable drug infusion pump is included in an implantable drug infusion pump and includes a diaphragm(71) and a metal thin film layer(72). Drug that is injected into a human body is stored in the diaphragm, which is formed of a polymer material that is capable of elastic change. The metal thin film layer is formed on the surface of the diaphragm. The diaphragm is formed in one of the shapes of: creases expanding in a direction of a radius in the form of concentric circles; creases that are folded to expand in a vertical direction; and a hemisphere.
