<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for recognizing and executing processing to be executed for each RFID tag in an RFID system. <P>SOLUTION: The RFID system 1 includes a detection unit for detecting an RFID tag 10 and a control unit for executing control relating to the RFID tag. A determination means determines whether to access a second area of the RFID tag with a storage area including a first area for storing ID information and a second area for storing command information. An extraction means extracts the command information from the second area when it is determined to access the second area.
