<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately mount an electronic part to a target position even if it is mounted to an uneven mounting face. <P>SOLUTION: This electronic part mounting apparatus holds the electronic part by a nozzle 10 attached to the tip of a shaft 11 slidably mounted forward and backward in the vertical direction on a transfer head 7 to mount the electronic part to a target position. The apparatus has an imaging means 16 for recognizing a specific position 15 of a mounting object 3, and a driving means 19 for driving the imaging means forward and backward in the vertical direction. These two means are disposed on the transfer head 7. Further, the apparatus has a means for preserving relative horizontal positional displacement, with respect to a vertical position of the imaging means obtained at the time when the imaging means is moved forward and backward in the vertical direction by the driving means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
