<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of anisotropic reflection plates, which is capable of easily manufacturing an anisotropic reflection plate capable of intensively reflecting light in a specific direction, and a manufacturing method of liquid crystal display devices. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of an anisotropic reflection plate which is provided with a plurality of projections and a reflection film provided on a rugged surface formed by the plurality of projections, on a substrate includes a surface treatment process of partially varying wettability of a substrate surface to a liquid projection material and an anisotropy giving process of giving anisotropy to a shape of a free surface of the liquid projection material by using the difference in wettability of the substrate surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
