PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a manager of a nurse call system to correctly confirm btain a noise pulse which is transmitted to a communication line connecting a nurse call slave unit to a corridor lamp. SOLUTION: A control part 11 for a slave unit which controls the nurse call slave unit 10 in an inspection mode prevents a first communication signal from being outputted to the communication line 50. A control part 41 for a master unit which controls the nurse call master unit 40 prevents a third communication signal from being outputted to the communication line 50. In this case, a detecting part 36 detects the pulse being a second communication signal which is received by a receiving part 33 for the corridor lamp via the communication line 50. When the detecting part 36 detects the pulse being the second communication signal, the control part 31 for the corridor lamp determines that the noise is transmitted to the communication line 50.
