PURPOSE: A tree protecting support for prevention of insects is provided, which can be rigidly wound on the tree using elastic material and can maintain insecticide duration for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A tree protecting support for prevention of insects comprises a lining(4) placed at the inner side of an outer cover(2); and an insecticide divergent portion(6) which is provided between the housing and lining and emits the insecticide which prevents insects. The outer cover is made of a film and is formed of a coating layer(8). The lining is made of the material which has elasticity. The insecticide divergent portion is made of the water-absorption material to store insecticide.
