PURPOSE: A hybrid-type chassis frame structure for a vehicles and a manufacturing method thereof for reducing the weight of a chassis frame are provided to reduce the weight of the entire vehicles by manufacturing a side frame in aluminum alloy. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid-type chassis frame structure for a vehicles and a manufacturing method thereof for reducing the weight of a chassis frame comprises a pair of side frames(100) and a plurality of cross frames. A connector consisting of the material such as the material of the side frame is respectively welded in both ends of the cross frame. The end of the connector is welded in the side frame. The both ends of the cross frame respectively welds in a pair of side frames. A reinforcing member(210) is installed on each side of a frame and a cross frame.
