PURPOSE: A fuel delivery system of a gas engine is provided to increase the starting up of the engine even the temperature around a first regulator is lower than the temperature in which the fuel liquefies. CONSTITUTION: A fuel delivery system of a gas engine comprises a fuel supply source(12), a vaporizer(16), a first regulator(18) and a shutoff valve(17). The vaporizer liquefies the fuel provided from the fuel supply source. The first regulator is installed in the in-between of the fuel delivery system. The first regulator reduces the gaseous fuel. The shutoff valve is arranged on the flow path of the fuel. The shutoff valve is installed in the first regulator and blocks the fuel supply when the engine stops.
