IN-LINE FUEL PUMP FOR ELEVATION LUBRICATION WITH THRUST BEARING

PURPOSE: An in-line fuel pump is provided to prevent wear and damage due to friction between a primary axis of a motor and a bearing by keeping the rotating primary axis from shaking from side to side. CONSTITUTION: An in-line fuel pump comprises a housing(10) with an inlet(11) and an outlet(12), a pumping unit(20) which supplies LPG fuel into the housing, a motor unit(30), and a thrust bearing. The motor unit comprises a primary axis(32) which is connected to the pumping unit and has an integrated ball on tip thereof, a secondary axis(36) which is formed on the opposite side to the primary axis and supported on the outlet of the housing, and an electric motor(31) which is connected between the primary axis and the secondary axis. The thrust bearing with a support hole is inserted in the primary axis and fixed to the inner surface of the housing.
