PURPOSE: A foot holding mat is provided, which can easily change foot by forming toot rest on the top of the right and left when changes one foot to another. CONSTITUTION: A foot holding mat is constituted as follows. A left foot rest(2) is installed in the upper left of the mat(1) to be higher than the mat floor. A right foot rest(3) is installed in the top of the upper right of the mat to be higher than the mat floor. When a user tries to change one foot to another, the foot can be switched to be put on another foot rest.
