PURPOSE: A vehicle accident notifying method on a mobile telephone for reducing a time to be required in an accident is provided to automatically notify the accident generation about the other vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A wireless mesh module(200) performs mesh communication with a wireless communication terminal. A wireless mobile module(205) communicates with a communications terminal of a center locating in a remote site. If communications with the mobile telephone loaded in the other vehicles is abnormally severed, a controller(204) generates the information for informing the event occurrence of the other vehicles.
