PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation bolt of high durability, and an insulation bolt fastening structure for insulating corrosion current by dissimilar metals between connected members or preventing electric leakage of a conductive pipe.SOLUTION: In an insulation bolt including a male screw portion formed on at least one end side, a non-male screw portion disposed in adjacent to the male screw portion, and an insulating layer covering the non-male screw portion, a shaft diameter of the non-male screw portion is a lower diameter smaller than a screw diameter of the male screw portion, and the non-male screw portion is covered by the insulating layer through a primer layer. An insulation bolt fastening structure includes the insulation bolt, a nut engaged with the male screw portion of the insulation bolt, and an insulating washer disposed close to a central side with respect to the nut, and kept into contact with a connected member to be fastened by the insulation bolt, or a plate member composed of an insulating plate at least on a region kept into contact with a supported member, and having an insertion hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
