PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly specify a sliding state and a contact state and shorten a time for analysis processing.SOLUTION: A contact state analysis method includes: solving linear data for clamp force and a torque of two members fastened with a bolt, by a finite element method and storing the solution (S100); creating an equation, for nodal points belonging to a fixation area, with rotational displacement Ψ that is equal to relative rotational displacement applied to the two members, defined as known and a torque T defined as unknown (S140); creating an equation, for nodal points belonging to a slide area, with the rotational displacement Ψ defined as unknown and the torque T as known (S150); forming a simultaneous equation therefrom and solving it (S160); when a torque T of a nodal point at an outermost peripheral side out of the nodal points belonging to the fixation area is larger than a product of frictional force and a distance from the rotation center, changing the area to the slide area (S170); repeating the solving processing and the area change until the area change is not performed, so as to specify the fixation area and the slide area. This configuration can properly specify the areas and shorten the time for the analysis processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
