An invention refers to cleaning of inner surface of tubes from solid deposits and can be applied in different branches, for instance, for cleaning of water-heating devices. The purpose of this invention is the decrease of weight and overall dimensions of the device, as well as exception of noise during the operation of this device. The put aim is achieved by creation of the device, which scheme of functioning is shown on fig. 1. The basis of the device is the electro-hydro-pulse shaper (I), which generates high-voltage pulses forwarded by discharge cable (II) to the object of cleaning (19), for instance, to a tube, where shock waves and hydro-dynamic flows are formed under the influence of discharge, such waves and flows destroying deposits in tubes. Electro-hydro-pulse shaper (I) consists of power unit (1) connected to the alternating current power network (2), and control device with display unit (3) connected to the power network. Parallel with the power unit, a supply-line filter (4) is connected in series with a diode rectifier (5) and a bridge inverter (6) connected to control unit, said inverter (6) being executed according to IGBT technology. There are connected series with the outlet of inverter: a reservoir (7), an induction coil (8) and an primary winding (9) of high-voltage transformer, but the secondary winding (10) of transformer is connected to a high-voltage rectifier (11). In series with the primary winding of the transformer in the inverter circuit, there is installed a sensor of power overload (12) connected by feedback with control unit. High-voltage capacitance power accumulator (13) is connected to the outlets of high-voltage rectifier. Commutator of discharges (14) is introduced in the accumulator circuit of device, said commutator being connected to the control unit through the scheme of discharge commutation (15). Discharge cable (16) is connected to the outlet of accumulator. As an accumulator of discharges is used gas filled high-voltage discharger with ignition. Coaxial cable of discharge is provided with an electrode head, which can be implemented with an opportunity of rotation, creating vortex-type flows in liquid situated in the tube to be cleaned. This device is compact, light-weighted, as well as works noiseless.
