According to the present invention, a fluid circulation apparatus, which circulates a fluid in an internal space (110) of a housing (100) including the internal space, includes blade units (200) which rotate by using the housing (100) as a shaft and use a collision force generated by colliding with the fluid to rotate. The housing (100) includes: an inlet unit (120) which enabling the fluid to flow into the internal space (110); and an outlet unit (130) discharging the fluid in the internal space (110) to the outside. The fluid circulation apparatus does not require power.
