FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: this invention relates to production of polyesters and can be used for production of resilient polyurethanes. Polyesters are obtained by polycondensation of adipic acid, ethylene glycol and 1,4-butanediol at 140 °C gradually increasing temperature up to 195±5 °C. Molar ratio of adipic acid, ethylene glycol and 1,4-butanediol is 1.1:0.8:0.4 respectively. After adding of 0.1-5 % of laminated silicates used as a catalyst the vacuum polycondensation is made up to acid number 1.8-2 mg KOH/g and hydroxyl number of 60.3-67.2 mg KOH/g.EFFECT: invention allows to reduce duration of process and reduces power consumption for production of polyesters.1 cl, 1 tbl, 6 ex |
