According to the present invention, an electronic voting and counting apparatus having a cleaning device comprises: a housing; a cover provided in one side of the housing to be opened and closed; a scan unit provided at least one surface from an upper surface of the housing and a lower surface of the cover, and scanning at least one surface of a ballot inserted into the housing; an open unit formed in the one side of the housing corresponding to one end in a lengthwise direction of the scan unit; and a bar-shaped cleaning unit inserted through the open unit, and cleaning the scan unit by reciprocating along the lengthwise direction of the scan unit. |
