PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic analyzer capable of preventing degradation of measurement data, overshoot which can cause cleaning fluid to splash out of a washing tank, and water hammer which can cause damage to the analyzer.SOLUTION: The automatic analyzer includes: a washing unit for washing a probe using washing water; a pump for supplying washing water to the washing unit; a solenoid valve provided on a flow path of the washing water; and a control unit that controls a degree of opening of the solenoid valve by gradually changing a duty ratio which represents the ratio of pulse width to a repetition period of pulse voltage applied to the solenoid valve.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
