Disclosed is an ultrasonic transducer having a sound absorption layer for improving a heat distribution feature. The ultrasonic transducer according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an active element, a matching layer which is formed on the front surface of the active layer and matches the sound impedance of an ultrasonic wave propagating to the front surface of the active element, and the sound absorption layer which is formed on the back surface of the active layer and blocks or attenuates the ultrasonic wave propagating to the back surface of the active element. The sound absorption layer includes a thermal conduction body having a bracket structure based on an elevation direction.
