PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source device capable of preventing dust from adhering to the surface of an optical member, and a projector including the light source device.SOLUTION: A light source device 1 according to this embodiment includes a plurality of light sources 10, an optical member collecting light emitted from the plurality of light sources 10, and a phosphor wheel 30 converting at least part of a wavelength of light collected by the optical member. The surface of the optical member has a first region 62a where a conductive film 62 is formed. Light emitted from the plurality of light sources 10 is applied to a second region 62b different from the first region 62a.
