PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle cover and a needle cover with a cap whose operability is improved, whose number of parts can be reduced, and with which the exposure of a needle can be prevented and danger of erroneous puncture during work can be prevented. SOLUTION: In the needle cover 1, an opening part 5 is formed on the bottom of a middle body part 3, at least two or more projecting parts 7a (7b and 7c) are formed from a fore part 2 over the outer surface of the upper part of a back part 4, a slit 9 is formed on the bottom of the back part 4 along with the lengthwise direction of the needle cover, a groove 22 is formed on the upper part of the back part 4, and projections 23a and 23b are formed on the back part of the groove 22. In the needle cover 71 with the cap, the cap 18 is attachably and detachably mounted on the top end of the fore part 2 of the needle cover 1. |
