PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate reduction of a portion corresponding to a specific person in video recording data including an image projected by projection means.SOLUTION: When detecting the change of a presentator or a specific operation of a presentator on the basis of a change in the feature amount of the face of a person, a chapter is inserted to a portion corresponding to the timing of the detection, of video recording data for grasping the situation of the presentation.
