PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device capable of reducing a loss at a DCDC converter provided at a pre-stage of an inverter for driving a motor.SOLUTION: A power supply device comprises: a power reception coil for taking in power given through a magnetic field; a rectification circuit for converting AC current supplied from the power reception coil to DC current; a capacitor to be charged with DC current supplied from the rectification circuit; a step-up converter to which a voltage across terminals of the capacitor is to be input; and an inverter for driving a motor by using power given through the step-up converter. The step-up converter outputs a voltage approximately equal to the voltage across terminals of the capacitor, when the voltage across terminals of the capacitor is higher than a first predetermined voltage set within an input voltage range of the inverter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
