PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the effect to reduce emission amount of environmental load when carrying out an activity for third parties, which emits environmental load.SOLUTION: The environmental load information management system 1 manages environmental load information while associating with each of users. The environmental load information management system 1 includes: a CO2 point management section 102 that acquires environmental load information representing environmental load emitted accompanying activities of a first user in the users and associates the acquired environmental load information with the first user; and a CO2 point management section 202 that, when the activities are made for second users different from the first user in the users, changes the environmental load information from the first user to the second users.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
